Energetic Direction is one-on-one coaching built around a simple question: is your energy actually going toward the life you want, or is it working against it? I help you identify exactly where your energy is being spent in ways that contradict the life you're trying to build, and we work together to redirect it so that you feel empowered to make the changes you need in your health, your relationships, and your life.
Schedule a Free Touchpoint CallEvery day, your energy is being spent on something: a belief you're protecting, a role you've been playing since childhood, a relationship you're managing instead of living inside of, a version of safety that costs you more than it gives back, and most of the time none of that is a conscious choice. It's simply where your energy has learned to go.
Energetic Direction starts by identifying, specifically and honestly, where that's happening, which means looking at the places your energy is being spent in ways that actually contradict the life you say you want, not through vague self-improvement talk but through a real, particular look at what's actually costing you and why.
From there, the work is redirection rather than willpower, because knowing where your energy is going and actually redirecting it are entirely different skills, and the second one is rarely learned alone. It's slower, sustained work, done with someone else in the room instead of in isolation, which is what makes change feel possible instead of exhausting.
You came here with a purpose, whether or not you've ever put words to it, and the same creative energy that animates every part of you is how that purpose actually gets built. That energy isn't abstract. It becomes your work, your relationships, your health, your actual life, once it's genuinely free to move through you.
That energy was always meant to move toward expansion, because its source — God, the Creator, for those who hold that belief — never works toward destruction. Growth is the whole nature of it. Sometimes something does have to fall apart before something else can be built, but when that happens, it's because what's crumbling was never built from expansive energy in the first place. It was built from something contractive: fear, suppression, smallness, a boundary meant to keep you or someone else confined rather than growing. Clearing that away isn't destruction for its own sake. It's making room for the kind of creation that was always the actual point.
That same expansive-versus-contractive distinction holds in relationships too. A relationship that keeps you small, or that you're using to keep someone else small, isn't running on creative energy at all, whatever it calls itself. It's running on contraction.
Clearing away what's contractive so something expansive can actually take its place is precisely the work Energetic Direction does. It identifies where that creative energy has gotten blocked — in a belief, a relationship, a pattern built years before you had any say in it — and works with you directly to clear it, so the energy that was stuck finally has somewhere to go. Not somewhere abstract. Into the actual life you came here to build.
Spiritual direction is a real, longstanding practice: someone meets regularly, one-on-one, with a trained director, not to solve problems or get advice, but to reflect honestly on their inner life and notice where God seems to already be present and moving through it. A spiritual director doesn't tell you what to do. They listen closely, ask questions that open things up rather than close them down, and help you notice what you're actually being drawn toward, patterns and invitations and movements in your life you might not see clearly on your own. The work is discernment, not instruction.
Energetic Direction is built on that same foundation, with one real difference: instead of listening broadly for where God is moving in your life, we're listening specifically for where your energy is moving, toward the life you actually want or away from it, since that energy is itself the creative, God-given force meant to move toward expansion. Same commitment to honest, non-directive presence. Same belief that something is already trying to move through your life, whether or not you've been paying attention to it. The difference is the lens: energetic and practical, grounded in your actual day, your actual relationships, your actual body, while still holding the same depth and seriousness spiritual direction always has.
Energetic Direction isn't generic life coaching. It's sustained, guided work on the specific pattern your energy is organized around, using real modalities, over real time:
The work begins with a real, detailed intake — a thorough look at your actual life that I use to prepare deeply before we ever meet, so our first session doesn't start from a blank page. From there, it does what an intake alone never could: walk the actual change with you, in real time, with someone genuinely in it.
